Eduardo “Pinino” Torrez, reconocido por su trayectoria en el f\u00fatbol regional, asume el mando t\u00e9cnico de “La Locomotora”, acompa\u00f1ado por Emiliano Fern\u00e1ndez, quien est\u00e1 a cargo de la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica del<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Torrez, recordado por su consagraci\u00f3n con “El Verde” en la Liga Zonal de 1991, cuando vencieron 2-1 a Santa Teresita en el m\u00edtico estadio Florentino Joannas, aportar\u00e1 su conocimiento como Director T\u00e9cnico Nacional de F\u00fatbol (ATFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte, Fern\u00e1ndez, con una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito deportivo, se desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 como preparador f\u00edsico. Su curr\u00edculum incluye t\u00edtulos como Profesor de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica, DT con Licencia Pro de CONMEBOL-ATFA y Preparador F\u00edsico certificado por APEFFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
