En cumplimiento de disposiciones legales y estatutarias se convoca a Asamblea General Ordinaria de socios, para el 10 de febrero de 2026 a las 21:00 hs. En la sede social cita en Francisco Malarin N\u00ba225 de la ciudad de San Salvador, a fin de tratar los siguientes temas:
ORDEN DEL DIA:
1\u00ba Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n del acta de asamblea anterior.
2\u00ba Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n de la memoria y balance general por el ejercicio finalizado el 31 de octubre de 2025. Informe de la comisi\u00f3n revisora de cuentas del ejercicio se\u00f1alado.
3\u00ba Renovaci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n directiva e integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n revisora de cuentas de acuerdo a las disposiciones del Estatuto Social.
4\u00ba Designaci\u00f3n de dos Asamble\u00edstas para que conjuntamente con el presidente y el secretario labren y suscriban el acta de Asamblea.
