Un jurado popular reunido en San Salvador declar\u00f3 hoy culpable a un hombre por considerarlo autor penalmente responsable de los delitos de Desobediencia Judicial, Violaci\u00f3n de domicilio, Homicidio agravado por el v\u00ednculo, por mediar un contexto de violencia de g\u00e9nero y por el uso de arma de fuego en grado de tentativa, y Hurto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El veredicto, que se conoci\u00f3 luego de tres jornadas de debate a puertas cerradas en el Sal\u00f3n del Bicentenario, fue en el marco del legajo “B.W.M. s\/Homicidio agravado por el v\u00ednculo”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conocida la resoluci\u00f3n del jurado, el juez t\u00e9cnico y vocal del Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Concordia, Germ\u00e1n Dri, dispuso que el imputado siga cumpliendo prisi\u00f3n preventiva en la Unidad Penal N\u00famero 3, hasta tanto la sentencia quede firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, el magistrado anunci\u00f3 que la audiencia de censura, que servir\u00e1 a las partes para exponer sus argumentos sobre la pena que deber\u00e1 cumplir el imputado B.W.M, se realizar\u00e1 el viernes 7 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo, a las 9, en el Sal\u00f3n de Audiencias del Tribunal de Juicio y Apelaciones de Concordia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante el debate que concluy\u00f3 hoy, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal estuvo representado por el fiscal Fernando M\u00e9ndez, y la querella particular a cargo de la abogada Georgina Thea. En tanto el letrado Javier Orduna asisti\u00f3 al imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
